what to expect after you've submitted your application

1. We will review your General Information Form and your OREA 410 Application Form

The successful candidate will be contacted to schedule a viewing of the unit. This process is typically 7 days to 10 days long and extra information may be required such as :

Valid Government ID for all applicants
Bank Statements
Proof of Employment
Credit Report

2. Successful candidates are contacted and a formal Residential Rental Agreement will be presented

Once a candidate accepts the terms of the lease and has completed a satisfactory viewing of the unit, they will be asked to sign a formal Residential Rent Agreement.
